The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon.     Happyfield was my first choice for my birthday breakfast! It was clean, the styling is great, staff are friendly and the food is delicious! The staff sang happy birthday to me and gave me a cookie, which was so nice of them! We had a great time.

What stood out was the heartwarming gesture of the host, who graciously offered to watch over my sleeping daughter while I explored the buffet—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Let's talk about the food—it was simply amazing. Each dish, from the succulent kebabs to the fragrant rice, was a testament to the rich and vibrant flavors of the Middle East.
