The Last slice is a modern twist of the classic Lebanese style Pizza, known as Manoush. Located in the heart of Sydney Olympic Park, established to share a piece of our culture with you! Manoush is a flatbread, traditionally topped with a drizzle of freshly pressed olive oil and tangy Zaatar (Oregano). But it doesn’t stop there! Other toppings such as various cheeses, veggies, labna (yoghurt spread) and meat are used to make the most tastiest flavoured Manoush. This dish is generally served for breakfast in the villages of Lebanon. The smell of manoush as it is being prepared will sure to make your stomach rumble and take you back to the markets of the middle east.     Love this place , food including for allergies was amazing so delicious! Of course the coffee is fabulous and you can actually hear each other . The baristas and wait staff were knowledgeable kind and went above and beyond . Thanks for a beautiful experience . Definitely book !

What stood out was the heartwarming gesture of the host, who graciously offered to watch over my sleeping daughter while I explored the buffet—a thoughtful touch that set the tone for an unforgettable dining experience. Let's talk about the food—it was simply amazing. Each dish, from the succulent kebabs to the fragrant rice, was a testament to the rich and vibrant flavors of the Middle East. The variety of mezze, including creamy hummus and tangy baba ganoush, left me craving more, highlighting the freshness and authenticity of the ingredients.
