Our chefs are always finding innovative ways to create dishes that are low in calorie and meets special dietary requirement such as gluten free and vegan options. Savoureuse expérience: nous avons partagé les menus Classic, et Season, nous conseillons aussi bien l’un que l’autre. Les mets sont finement cuisinés, aussi bien le poisson que les viandes (lamb , duck , excellents) les légumes sont bien mis en valeur (savoureuses morilles), la présentation est extrêmement soignée, c’est un plaisir des yeux. Que dire des desserts (on a adoré le carrot cake revisité). On est reçus dans un petit hôtel particulier composé de différents salons très cosy. Le service est chaleureux. On recommande vivement!
