We are a brewhouse & grill tucked away in north Brisbane creating seasonal and experimental brews, offering a selection of QLD made spirits and serving up a bold cup of coffee alongside our tasty grill menu. Our drinks menu is built of products from Queensland based artisans from Brisbane locals - Cavaliers Coffee Roasters, Tour De Tea & Spencers Vodka, Witches Falls Winery in Tamborine Mountains and Wildflower Gin & Capricorn Rum on the Gold Coast with many more to be added to the list. We feature up to 6 brews at a time, consisting of our two core beers and other specialty brews which change seasonally and can also include some interesting flavour combinations. We also love to feature other local breweries from Brisbane. Our food menu is the perfect accompaniment to a few schooners or a glass of wine and features classic comfort food options freshly made over hot coals.

FICK Brewing Company is a local neighbourhood brewery with an indoor bar and a covered outdoor beer garden. The owners are Luxembourgish and Australian so the food is representative of that with the European-style street food such as hand-cut, double-cooked chips with Dutch Mayo, Tarte Flambees (French-style pizzas), Belgian Mussels and chips (Moules Frites), Currywurst (chopped Bratwurst with curry ketchup on chips), Farinata (North Italian chickpea pancake), as well as Wagyu beef burgers. The beer styles mainly hail from Belgium, but a solid Red IPA is on offer as well as a range of other locally produced spirits from all over Australia (including Lark, Hartshorn, and Never Never).All wines are from Hentley Farms in the Barossa Valley.
