Rib Line By The Beach is a barbecue restaurant that focuses on fantastic ribs, steaks and seafood. Head Chef Brian Appiano has seen a lot of success, as he has been featured on the hit show Man vs. Food, won multiple local cooking competitions and got first place in the World Food Championships in Las Vegas, Nevada. Now, Guests don't have to come to Rib Line to enjoy the award-winning barbecue, as the restaurant has just launched a catering service that allows diners to get delicious barbecue at their events and parties. The most popular way to order at Rib Line is to get one of the Poly Packs that are combination platters designed for two people and come with a pint of beans, two cornbread loaves and two baked potatoes in addition to the guest's choice of protein like tri-tip, BBQ chicken, beef ribs and baby back pork ribs.
