If Code Black Howard Street was a family member, she would be Code Black Brunswick’s little sister. This industrial chic café conversion was inspired by the building’s previous history, a mechanics warehouse. Nestled in magnificent North Melbourne, espresso and batch brew are high on the agenda here with an inspired and beautiful brunch menu served 7 days a week.Our outdoor tables are partially shaded; however, we cannot guarantee full protection from the weather. As our indoor space is limited, it is unlikely that we will be able to move you so please dress appropriately for Melbourne weather! First-time customer, however, I definitely will be back!! Code Black ticked all my boxes from the lovely ambience of the venue to the brilliant coffee served, most delicious mushroom breakfast, and friendly staff!

The food is great. Service is excellent. We did not have to wait long to be seated though we had made a booking and arrived an hour earlier. Will be coming back here more often
