Ulu Kitchen by Merriman is an ocean front restaurant offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner service featuring local ingredients and recipes created by chef Peter Merriman. We have indoor and outdoor dining options, with a full bar, and the most prime dining views in all of Ka'anapali.
