Mosaic Kitchen, Bar & Lounge is our culinary expression of the rich, cultural diversity found in Southern Ontario and particularly, here at the Hilton Toronto Airport. Yesterday, we were served by Naomi, a very attentive waitress. Everything was served very quickly. The food was slightly different from the last time - we ordered the steak with sushi again, and my husband had the blackened chicken, followed by desserts. The chocolate cake was salty, which is probably a Canadian twist, but it felt unusual for us. There was also a girl playing the violin alongside a DJ during our dinner, which made the evening very romantic.

Amazing experience. The staff made my partner feel so good on her birthday. Not only did we receive complimentary items, we also left with a little card and gift from the staff. An amazing touch, worth every penny
