Chef Director Björn Weissgerber serves a diverse menu inspired by the Oceans of Asia, with a particular focus on Japan – sushi, sashimi, tiradito, tempura and robata. Sexy Fish has dishes to please all palates, from traditional tastes to plant-based plates. Sexy Fish’s interior is designed by the award-winning Martin Brudnizki Studio and includes a show-stopping fish tank. The luxurious dining room also houses amazing original artworks by legendary British artist Damien Hirst, as well as an installation from celebrated architect and designer Frank Gehry, whose 26 beautiful fish lamps play – and sway – beautifully to theme.
