Je ne sais par quoi commencer tellement ce moment était merveilleux. J'ai été très bien accueillie dès le départ. Le personnel de salle est aux petits soins du début à la fin. Pour le menu, j'avais le choix entre 3 options: 4, 6 ou 8 services. J'hésitais entre le 6 et le 8 services. Finalement, ne faisant pas des restos gastronomiques 2☆ tous les jours, j'ai opté pour le 8 services. Ma crainte était plus d'avoir de trop. J'avoue que c'était limite trop, mais j'avais envie de goûter un maximum de plats. Il n'y a pas de mots pour décrire ce que j'ai ressenti à chaque dégustation. Une explosion de saveurs. Un orgasme gustatif. Pour accompagner le repas, j'ai testé la version non alcoolisée pour vraiment profiter de ce repas et surtout garder ma lucidité jusqu'à bout 😅. C'est une très bonne alternative et cela permet de découvrir encore des goûts originaux qui changent du vin finalement. Je ne décrirai pas ici tous les plats mais je terminerai en disant que j'ai eu la grande chance d'être emmenée en cuisine et rencontrer le chef, qui est adorable et abordable, et toute son équipe. Certes la gastronomie à un coût mais il y a un travail derrière et surtout ça vaut la peine de tenter l'expérience. Je vous recommande vraiment d'y aller.
