Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant.
