Dear Valued Customers , The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. Osteria di Russo & Russo est détenu par le père et le fils Pino et Marc Russo, et supporté par une équipe dévouée «d'honorables italiens» dont quelques-uns qui ont travaillé ensemble autrefois au Bridge Room, à Sydney's CBD. Leurs plats sont classiques et combinés avec des saveurs italiennes. We have been a number of times to the Ambassador Training Restaurant and again it didn't disappoint. We all felt that out waiter Ben had served us a few months prior and we were impressed with his increased confidence and demeanour. The food was excellent as seems usual. We will look forward to repeating our experiences at a future date. Thanks to the teachers and staff who have contributed to this excellent experience.

The food was excellent as usual. Service very friendly and prompt. Great position looking out over the Parramatta River. We attended their Melbourne Cup Luncheon. All facilities were available. An excellent day.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting! incredible staff who were attentive and helped select the perfect wine pairing for our meal. will surely visit again!
