Dear Valued Customers, The Ambassador Training Restaurant is a TAFE NSW-licensed venue. Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue, BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised in advance through your OpenTable platform booking. Meals will be served alternate drop, meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and will have limited facility for alterations.     I recently dined in Elements Bar & Grill Pyrmont and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambiance was warm and inviting, with a modern yet cozy feel that made for a perfect dining atmosphere. The service was another highlight; the staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring we had a great time throughout the evening.

    Amazing and Wow!! What an incredible dining experience at Manu's French restaurant last night! The food was exquisite, the service was impeccable, and the ambiance was intimate and elegant. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented, and the wine list was extensive and well-curated. Manu's passion for French cuisine shines through in every aspect of the restaurant. We can't wait to come back and indulge again!

    Amazing! We celebrated my Dad’s 75th birthday dinner here on Saturday night and everything was above expectations - the food, the attentive and friendly staff, the ambience. We loved it and will return soon. Highly recommend!
