Our distillery bar is open Friday (4-8pm), and Saturday & Sunday (12-8pm), where we serve bespoke cocktails using our award-winning spirits, local seasonal produce and native Australian botanicals; accompanied by a small selection of snacks. Outer Square is a unique and creative café located in beautiful Peregian Beach. Outer Square is known for its unique food, amazing coffee and its relaxed atmosphere. The menus are created seasonally by Executive Chef Raymond Offler, honouring the abundance of local premium ingredients, almost all dishes are sourced locally and use only the highest quality Sunshine Coast produce.
