Vatutto is a family run restaurant, Owners Paul and Myrto Recinella moved from their 16 year Institution at Zios East Melbourne to the Ivanhoe location in 2015. A full renovation was completed recently creating a modern yetelegant atmosphere. Vatutto translates from Italian to ‘Everything goes’ the menu here has a diverse flavour selection from all corners of the earth. Produce here is sourced from premium suppliers, and we use sustainable seafood from Australian or New Zealand waters, Wagyu beef from Gippsland, organic eggs, fruit and vegetables, and quality imported cheese, dairy products and flour. The staff are very friendly and attentive which was great! We went on Thursday - Steak night which was really good value with chips & side salad & tasty. Delicious banana fritters & icecream for dessert but $15 was on the pricey side for a pub meal. Overall an enjoyable place to eat , but good idea to book as it gets busy .

Have to be my favourite pub . The specials are the best value for money . Steak all day and into the night on a Tuesday and roast for $24 on a Sunday . Excellent service from our waiter “Darius” so professional and knowledgeable . I like to dine here every couple of months as I live on the Mornington Peninsula and this would have to be the best pub meal ever . So Thankyou I will be back .

A group of four, two couples who have known each other for years. We covered the menu well from fish to burgers from pate to prawns with sweet chill sauce. Our friend is a wine guru and connected with the sommelier and made some great choices. An intimate space and one we look forward to visiting again.

there were 9 of us for lunch and the food, as usual, was excellent, several of us really enjoyed the roast beef, they also. cater well for coeliacs, with lots of gluten free options and the service was also excellent, we often dine here, it is good value for money
