Le Shinsei est un bar à sushi traditionnel qui propose une cuisine panasiatique. Le Shinsei est né de l'envie de créer un endroit qui reflète un certain mode de vie : il arrive à tout le monde de sortir souper avec ses enfants et parfois avec ses amis et maris. L'idée était donc de créer un endroit où une soirée avec les enfants ne signifie pas que les adultes doivent manger une nourriture de qualité médiocre. De la même façon qu'une soirée passée avec les parents n'équivaut pas à passer la soirée dans un endroit oppressant où les enfants doivent étouffer sous le nœud d'une cravatte trop serré. En deux mots, Shinsei est juste un établissement de quartier convivial et charmant pour passer une bonne soirée. Une cuisine électrisante. Toutefois, la cuisine n'est pas suffisamment déroutante pour vous empêcher de déchiffrer le menu ou de reconnaître votre plat préféré. Jamais ennuyeuse, elle est réconfortante en en toute occasion. Les plats signature, par exemple, sont un mélange sophistiqué entre une nourriture de fin de soirée de bar et un somptueux repas sur le pouce doté d'une touche asiatique particulière.

    It was outstanding (food and service) We ordered the 22 oz Ribeye, potato with cavier and cream, Brussel sprouts, and fried rice. It was a sufficient amount of food. We would definitely return! The only thing - It was my husband’s birthday and I guess they forgot to wish him or offer any kind of dessert. Other than that, the service was great!

    We had a great time when we had dinner there. All of our food choices were very good and tasty. I think people have to know that it is different than the traditional waitstaff situation. Our server was great and got our drinks and food to us timely. The food is so fresh it comes out when its ready so your bowl might come out before your bao. Which was great because we were hungry and it was all delicious. There are individual tables and communal tables. Ours was a communal one and it was fun.
