A sushi bar helmed by Nobu alums will churn out a menu of traditional sashimi, nigiri and maki rolls alongside Izakaya-style small plates. There is a succinct but well-curated selection of sakes by the glass and bottles; and of course, diners can order cocktails and wines by the glass or bottle from Mandrake's comprehensive beverage menu.Also available in the main dining room, Sushi and sashimi will cover the freshest cuts of fish flown in daily along with tempting maki rolls like the Mandrake Dragon. Small style plates will run the gamut from Ebi Furai, Calamari and Bao buns. Larger main dishes include a 10 ounce Churrasco that comes in a robata grill, a Branzino fish that is filleted and grilled, and a 32-ounce tomahawk steak.
