Apex restaurant offers delicious dishes with exquisite presentation, a creative chef, and an elegant ambiance for an unforgettable experience. A background music would have improved the ambiance, as the mix of voices from nearby tables can be distracting.

We don't normally expect to find a great restaurant at a remote ski area. Swen's is something special. The view is a given, but what surprised us was first-rate service and spectacular food. The sweet potato soup was one of the best soups I've ever had. I had the NY strip and my wife had the halibut. Her halibut was the best I've ever tasted. Truly a memorable experience!
