Le Halyards on St. Simons redéfinit la cuisine de l'île depuis 16 ans. Le menu qui change avec les saisons est l'œuvre du chef/propriétaire Dave Snyder. Il est audacieux, créatif et savoureux. Dave rôde dans la salle lorsqu'il ne pêche pas votre repas, afin de s'assurer que vous vous régalez.
