The restaurant service at the Beaumont Inn is all made to order through the garden herbs, fruits, and vegetables on site by our Executive Chef, Jeff Huntzinger, and his team of experienced chefs that have been trained at one of the most esteemed culinary institutes in the country. Our menus contain a variety of unique dishes you will only find at the Beaumont Inn. From the meal preparation and presentation to the entire dining experience, we strive to create an experience unlike any other.Our exquisite meals can be viewed on our Menu page. Fine dining options are available both indoor and outdoor during the Spring through Fall seasons, weather permitting. However, you are still able to dine indoors at our stylish, relaxed bar and lounge as well as in our historic dining room.
The Hotel Fauchere features three dining venues. Our elegantly-appointed Delmonico Room with its vintage Hudson River School paintings, piano and light-filled sunroom, our Bar Louis, with cozy booths, a contemporary vibe and the famous gigantic photograph of Andy Warhol and John Lennon behind the bar and our heated front porch with awnings and wind break curtains . Please note venue preference, if you have one, and we will accommodate as we are able (not all venues are open at all times). The restaurant pays homage to our founder, Louis Fauchere, who began working as a master chef at Delmonico's in New York City in 1848. He opened the Fauchere in 1852 and it was run by his descendants for 124 years. We look forward to welcoming you.
