Le Palm House est installé dans la ferme d'origine datant de 1854 qui a donné son nom au quartier de Cow Hollow, derrière le deuxième plus vieux palmier à San Francisco. Ce restaurant évoque une époque révolue en combinant dans un cadre tout à fait unique les couleurs des Caraïbes, une végétation luxuriante et le raffinement colonial. Le chef de renommée nationale Gayle Pirie (également au Foreign Cinema), propose un menu innovant composé de plats tropicaux réconfortants, influencés par les diverses cuisines de Cuba, du Brésil, d'Indonésie, d'Hawaï et des Caraïbes. Vous aurez aussi la possibilité de déguster les cocktails tropicaux du bar, qui met l'accent sur les barbotines personnalisées, préparées avec des fruits exotiques qui changent au fil des saisons.
