Cha Cha Tang is a restaurant by John McDonald and Wilson Tang. The kitchen is led by Chef Doron Wong and offers a playful rendition of a classic Hong Kong diner, “cha chaan teng” which translates to “tea restaurant.”

Friedmans was named after the famous economist Milton Friedman who popularized the phrase, “there ain’t no such thing as a free lunch”. This phrase has gone on to be used in science, economics, finance, statistics, technology, sports, & now food.
