Bons plats italiens. Agréable de pouvoir dîner dans le même hôtel où nous logions, ce qui évite les déplacements de nuit dans la ville de Memphis. Service « à l’américaine », nous n’avions pas encore tous terminés les plats qu’ils nous proposent le dessert et l’addition; mais cela semble être le cas dans plusieurs restaurants aux USA.
