La CUCINA enoteca se situe dans l'ouest de Fashion Island qui est le centre commercial le plus sophistiqué du comté d'Orange. La propriétaire Tracy Borkum a allié une superbe ambiance, une cuisine rénomée et un service sans pareil dans cette dernière création du groupe Urban Kitchen Group. Le chef exécutif Joe Magnanelli et le chef de cuisine Tony Trujillo apportent leur art à la table afin que vous puissiez profiter d'une cuisine ouverte. Le menu présente des plats italiens classiques agrémentés d'une touche moderne et concoctés avec des ingrédients frais, locaux, bio et durables. En plus d'une sélection variée de vins proposés au verre, vous pourrez également vous rendre dans la zone de vente au détail du restaurant afin de choisir une bouteille parmi plus de 200 présentées pour accompagner votre souper (droit de bouchon de 8 USD) ou à emporter. L'espace dynamique comporte des éléments contemporains et des objets vintage qui créent la sensation d'une cuisine italienne moderne combinée au confort d'une vieille ferme rustique.

Really weird night. Waiter seemed really unhappy at work from the get go. He implied they were short staffed. Had some issues with our meal unrelated to him. He sent the manager over and manager said it was neglect and adjusted our bill. We felt bad for the waiter and tipped him 25%… and instead of being grateful he was like…. Whatever. Restaurant used to be packed. Almost empty tonight. Something is going on there.

Service was really poor. Very nice girl, early time frame and she was not busy. Why so much non-attention?? Disappointed in the service that it overshadowed nice food and vibe of the restaurant.

Outstanding menu! All of our dishes were delicious. Loud restaurant but fun. We enjoyed our meal!

I've had the mushroom pizza for dinner before, and the crust had in the past been made impeccably to Neapolitan standards. However, last night's order felt like I was biting into cardboard. As if it was a frozen pizza heated to my order. Glad that my date didn't have any. Not sure what's going on over there, but the current heat wave shouldn't be an excuse for the chef or line cooks to mail it in like that.

We hosted a dinner in the semi-private room. Mariah took such great care of us. Food, ambiance, service, dessert, and drinks were all five stars.

Absolutely excellent experience thanks to Nima and the rest of the staff. I have eaten at Cucina many times but this time was very special, a small group celebrating my daughter’s 18th birthday, Nima and crew accommodated our requests. Food was great.

Outstanding food, wine and service as usual at this amazing restaurant w an original menu that you will find no where else! If you haven’t been here, you owe it to yourself to try it! You will not be disappointed! Promise!

It was excellent!! All 8 of us were in and out in an hour or so! We ordered a family style salad, 2 pizzas and a family style pasta! Plenty to eat and leftovers. It was a new experience for half the group as they’ve never been there before! It was a hit and I highly recommend it!
