La CUCINA enoteca jouit d'un emplacement central dans le site Irvine Spectrum. La propriétaire Tracy Borkum a une fois de plus le flair pour combiner une superbe ambiance, une cuisine primée et un service sans pareil qui mettent une fois de plus en vedette des composants dans cette dernière création Urban Group Cuisine. Le chef exécutif Joe Magnanelli et le chef de cuisine Tony Trujillo apportent leur art à la table puisque les clients bénéficient d'une cuisine ouverte. Le menu prpose une sélection de plats classiques italiens à la touche moderne et réalisé à partir d'ingrédients frais, locaux, bio et respectueux de l'environnement. En plus d'une sélection variée de vins proposés au verre, vous pourrez également visiter la zone de vente au détail du restaurant et choisir parmi plus de 200 bouteilles pour le souper (droit de bouchon de 8 USD) ou du vin à acheter et emporter. L'espace dynamique se compose d'éléments contemporains et d'objets vintage qui créent la sensation d'une cuisine italienne moderne combinée avec le confort d'une vieille ferme rustique.

This is going to be a mixed review because my meal was excellent, but my husband’s was, in his words, the worst meal he’s ever had. I had the Gem salad and a grilled salmon entree. He had the chop salad with focaccia bread and a pizza. He said the salad wasn’t good, the bread was stale, and his pizza was worse than the frozen stuff you get in the grocery store - which he would never eat. I have seen the pizza he eats that he says is good and I will say this pizza did not look good to me at all. In order not to ruin my dining experience, he didn’t tell me how bad it was until we finished. We both agreed that the service was top-notch, five star, couldn’t have been better. Unfortunately, we can’t go back because even though I thought it was really good I could never subject him to that again. I can’t, in all good conscience, recommend the restaurant in general. I would say if you don’t eat wheat you’re probably OK because you’re not going to get the pizza, the focaccia, or any other kind of bread. If you like exotic salads, you might enjoy the Gem salad. And my salmon was maybe the best I’ve had in months. We don’t drink, but I’m pretty sure the wine is good. They do offer an extensive drink list. Make of this review what you will.

I've celebrated countless occasions from birthdays to NYE to job promotions to just regular good old friend catchups at Cucina Enoteca Irvine (all reserved on OpenTable) and every meal was just as great as the last. Quality food, above and beyond service, and perfect ambiance. This is one of my favorite restaurants ever and I'll continue dining here for years to come.

I was sad to have my regular choice of tomato and burrata salad and side of salmon. The salad was half the size as usual Tomato’s were not fresh. Burrata was a scoop vs an actual full piece and when asked for avocado was made aware is was $7 for a quarter !!! I understand prices have gone but please don’t abuse me as a returning customer supporting you in these expensive times.

Our food and our service was so good. The Burrata spicy pizza was delicious and the polenta meatballs…..well there are no words, it was so good. All and all food, service at the bar (Jose) was great. Thank you we will be back. Cincin!

Beautiful restaurant, had high expectations on tbe food. I love Italian food and the food was just okay. Not a good variety of pastas, I tried the artichoke ravioli and was just okay. Low on flavor and was only warmed. Drinks were okay as well was expecting some fun cocktails and was not impressed with the drinks either. Music was a more on the countryside and did not fit well with the Italian food. Unfortunately taking this off my fav list!
