Terrible service, eggplant was cold, the waitress didn’t come for 20min to our table. Finally ordered dessert (a scoop of ice cream) and the check… the check arrived 15min later, no ice cream. Waited another 5min and left (without ice cream). Terrible service, mediocre food. Definitely not going back. Restaurant was not at full capacity so that wouldn’t have made the waitress busy, she just disappeared. Seating super uncomfortable. This place used to be good.

VERY loud, so just be prepared to speak loudly and. be surrounded by noise. Very energetic waitress as well who kept asking what the "special occasion" was that I had noted on my res. It almost felt pushy. Started in the bar and was just on the wire for HH wine and the bartender allowed my friend who showed up at like 6:03 the HH beer pricing. Thank you. Wished we'd stayed there as the dining room was obnoxiously loud. Ordered chopped salad (a bit overdressed), burrata app (yummy) and two pastas...the bolognese and the linguini w clams. Pastas were good but not outstanding.....guess I can be snobby as I;ve lived in Italy and am spoiled. Pleasant enough, not in a rush to return though.

we started with the burrata but the appetizer was completed different that the previous time at the restaurant. The tomatoes were not roasted just cut with some burrata and the bread was not as flavorful as the last time either. we completely enjoyed the pasta with the corn and the little gem salad. great girlfriend get together and dinner!

Very nice atmosphere, great food, good drinks, and attentive staff. No issues would definitely go back and the little horse decorations are so cute!

My husband and I dined here for our anniversary. Nothing went well or right. Food was mediocre at best. Tables for two were subpar with uncomfortable seating/chairs. Said all the nice tables for four with comfortable chairs were reserved. Don't go for a date or a special evening. Our table had to be fixed twice because it was unbalanced and tipping. The drinks and wine were short pours. I reserved noting our anniversary and the bill came with nothing. I said, "it is our anniversary." Oh! I'll get you some "bubbles." Worse "bubbles" ever. Undrinkable. Our bill was wrong. Charged us for a bottle of wine beyond the cocktail and two glasses of wine we ordered. The place is noisy and clanky. My husband and I have been to Italy four times. Pizza was okay. Pasta beyond undistinctive. Go to Piatti's in the La Jolla Shores area if you want great service, fabulous food and lovely atmosphere. Forget this place. Will never return and we live in Del Mar.

My wife and I had an amazing time as always! Went for our anniversar, the food, service and wine were absolutely fantastic. We tried a few of the summer dishes on the menu. The corn casoncelli stuffed with pecorino cream and topped with spicy pepita gremolata was so delicious and unique! I recommend trying before it is off the menu. You won't be disappointed! We loved our glasses of wine from the summer selection. Service was friendly, professional and prompt. We enjoyed ourselves and can’t wait to come back.
