Our dining experience was perfect. Our server, Gaston, was so accommodating and friendly. We went on Tuesday for the Rizzotto Special, and we were extremely satisfied. Bonus was live entertainment, and he was wonderful.

Knew the dining room was undergoing rennovations thanks to All Kinds of Notices on the web site. Knew about changes in hours thanks to All Kinds of Notices on the web site. What I Didn't know? No pizza. Urgh. Love CCs pizza! Had I known they weren't able to serve pizza, I would not have stayed at Best Western this trip or would have had dinner at another place or gone the take out route. Ordered a side of pasta with my entree and no chesse was on the table or offered until some 10 ugh minutes later. Music offered on Fri. Great, but Way Too Loud, IMO. Dude at the keyboard appeared to be in sweats (at least something way too casual).

The food lacked flavor and overcooked and one of our meals was not fresh it was sour. Dining room was festive but boring. The other customers were asking where is the music and so where we. Its the holidays the sound system should have been on . The service was extremely slow. We were sitting over 20 minutes without service. Overall overrated.

It was wonderful all around! The service was impeccable! We had a great time and had our almost four year old boy and 14 month old girl with us!

The food was excellent and the Sunday Family Gravy special was a great value. You’ll only go hungry by choice, we had plenty of left overs and they even gave us a fresh loaf of bread to take home. Our favorite part of the dish was the sausage, but the meatballs and braciole were very good as well. The staff was very accommodating, offering to take pictures of guests in Grinch’s Grotto. The Grinch cocktail menu had a nice variety and the two we tried were delicious (Cindy Lou Punch & Stink Stank Stunk Martini). Highly recommend in general and even higher for the holidays with their festive decorations!
