Our second time to the Crystal Dining Room did not disappoint. Our server, Stephen, was just amazing! The atmosphere is wonderful as we were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. The food was good and our server even decorated our dessert to celebrate our anniversary! Just a wonderful place to dine!

Dinner Service was not very good and the food was adequate. However breakfast was better both the food and the service. Ordered from the menu didn’t have the buffet

The food is beyond overpriced here. Service was wonderful - but the price tag doesn’t fit the quality of the food. Which makes the experience tough to swallow. A few people around us complained about the subpar $70 steaks, and I don’t blame them. The food was decent on its own merrit, but the prices are about 30% too high for the quality served.

Way overpriced for what they deliver, overcooked steak and side dishes overcooked as well, wont return for dinner but buffet breakfast is the best!

The Crystal Room was pretty expensive but excellent food, nice portions too. Service was great and friendly. I enjoyed the atmosphere, real historic vibes. Lots of photos on the wall, presumably of previous dinners or famous guests at the hotel/spa. Wish I was more familiar with the history of the whole place. There are guided tours, but we didn't have time, so maybe next year. Our reservation was for 6:00 pm on a Saturday and things were pretty quiet at that point. But it filled up not too long afterwards. So I would recommend making a reservation in advance. I made ours earlier in the week because we were staying at the hotel. All-in-all a great experience and worth the the cost. I would definitely consider returning. Or maybe trying the "1796 Room" the steakhouse at the other end of the hotel. You can't go wrong with the "Frontier Tavern" either for more casual dining and drinks. The Crystal Room also does breakfast, which looked good online, but we unable to try that this year, so maybe in the future.

We adore Bedford springs and tell everyone to come visit and dine. I held a business meeting there. But, the dinner experience started off just a bit off and affected the total experience. We were sat at a 4-top for a reservation of 2. No big deal - I love the full upholstery chairs! Within 2 minutes (napkins in lap) we were approached and asked to move. We had to ask if we needed to take our napkins and the answer was “yeah”. It was awkward and handled very poorly. In the end, 1/2 the dining room was still open when we left so there was no real reason to bother, interrupt and slightly embarrass us but this abrupt movement (to the standard chairs by the way). The waiter (who was not the one that moved us) - Sam - was great. The food was good. Love the dining room. Unfortunately, that simple misstep had an effect on the experience.

Excellent choice for your special occasions. You immediately know that a special chef is at the helm. And the wait staff are professional, personable experts at service too.

What a wonderful romantic dinner! The food and service, as always, were excellent! This is our favorite dining spot when in the Bedford area.
