Public transit
We are two blocks north of the Montgomery Street station - look for the Sutter/Sansome exit and walk north on Sansome two blocks. Turn left on Pine Street; we are on the north side of the street. MUNI 38, 8x, 30 & 45 bus lines all pass by or are within a block of us. The historic San Francisco California St-line Cable Car is just a block away.

Once again I had a great experience at Credo. Rissoto was delicious, service great. All in all, a great time!

Boy, has Credo sunk to a new low. The pizza, usually a reliable and delicious option, was an underbaked doughy, rancid mess, the sauce was like ketchup (no sign of San Marzano flavor). The wine list is an embarrassing collection of 8-10 random bottles that looks the the owner is unloading his cellar at ridiculously overpriced levels. The appetizers, shrimp and hummus, were stunningly overpriced and underwhelming. The vanilla gelato was full of ice crystals—definitely ice cream that’s been tucked away in the freezer for months. I predict imminent closure after the remaining inventory is disposed of to innocent diners like us. Avoid if you can! PS I’ve been a Credo regular for over 10 years but this is it.

We have a good dinner experience at Credo. It service was great. I wished the food wasn’t as salty. A few of the dishes were too salty, otherwise it would have been great as the flavors were there.

This was a hidden treasure! I go to San Francisco often for business and pleasure and I have dined at many top tier restaurants but the food, price, service and ambience was top notch! I will be back and have already recommended to many local and out of town friends associates.

This is one of my favorite down-town lunch spots. The food is great and service is friendly and efficient, so you can have a great meal, and also get in and out quickly, if you need to get back to the office. My one complaint is that it is VERY loud in the restaurant. It is hard to hear. I recommend this place for parties of two only, as it's hard to hear around a bigger table.

Restaurant wasn’t busy. Took awhile to have our server come by table. Recommended the soup which was great. The brown butter ravioli with butternut squash purée was cold. I should have sent it back but didn’t. Ravioli wasn’t fully cooked.
