The waitress I had did not know what she was doing. She gave me two bills and charged mycard twice instead of just telling me that she messed up she told me this is how they had to do it. I’ve been there four times never has been done this way. Also I told her no sauce on my nephews burger just plain with cheese, and of course it came out with all kinds of stuff on it, when I said I had all kinds of stuff on it. She asked if she could fix it. Nothing

I love this place, I love the themes they do every year for each season. I will always support and come to this place. Food is always excellent big thanks to the chefs, the staff and team who takes their time to set up and decorate. And thank to the staff being al always friendly and the people that clean off the time when your done. They are excellent people. To everyone.😍

Our family of four came here for lunch today. The ambience was enjoyable. The kids got a kick of all the decorations. The host and and staff were very warm and welcoming. We receded right away with our reservation. we ordered the jack-o’-lantern and guacamole which was really fun and appealing to the eyes. My husband and son ordered the vampire burger that was also really enjoyable. My daughter, however, ordered the witch fingers if you ask me, it was very overpriced for that item. It was a couple pieces of bread with garlic and a half of an olive as a finger. overall, our experience was thoroughly enjoyable. We would definitely go back to this destination.

We had a great time! My daughters love Nightmare Before Christmas so this was a must see. We had Marissa as our server and she was awesome!

Marissa was an amazing waitress. She was very friendly and attentive. We came for the Halloween experience, and she made it that much more enjoyable.

We loved the decorations in the bar and on the drinks and food. Our only complaint was that for as overpriced as it was when we asked for more chips for our pumpkin guacamole dish I think it’s crazy to charge $4 extra for an already overpriced dish. The hamburger did not come with fries. If you are going to charge that much $$ give people more food. But other than that we loved the nightmare before Christmas theme in the bar and the themed drinks and food.

Waited for two hours and never got our food. Had to leave because it was getting ridiculous. Feel bad for how understaffed they are.

Really loved the decor and theming of the restaurant. Was little upset they had sports playing at the bar so we couldn’t enjoy the full feel while sitting at the booth. Loved the blood bags and spooky food items and the food was absolutely delicious! The vampire burger was my favorite with the pumpkin aioli, pepito seeds, and delicious maple glazed bacon. Was a hit! Thank you guys so much!

Ambiance was awesome! The service left a bit to be desired, seemed very unorganized and I overheard several servers announcing they didn’t remember what tables were there. Also a saw 3 other tables who sat at the same time or after us get served their food and drinks before our drinks even arrived. The food was alright, bar food at best, and highly priced. For two people, with their 20% gratuity included, it was almost $150.
