After waiting upfront for a 10+ mins with no one even saying a word to us, someone finally comes over asking if we have a reservation, we did and she responded that she would be with us in a second. After getting taken to our table, the couple who was also waiting behind us gets seated behind us. Their waitress came right over, bringing them water and taking their orders. After our waitress finally makes it over she takes our orders and leaves. 10 mins later she drops off water, then a little after someone from the back brings out our food. After about 20 mins we ask about the drinks we ordered, to which she said oh they lost the ticket they’re doing it now. After another 8 mins goes by she brings our drinks. 28 mins for 2 drinks. The food was just ok, and the service was horrible. I’d be a lot more understanding if the place was busy. Open seats at the bar, and tables. We were there the year prior and had a great time. It’s a shame because we had planned on having 4 drinks (trying their themed drinks) and ordering dessert. Instead after waiting 28 mins for our drinks we just asked for the check. Extremely disappointed, but thankful that wasn’t our first impression of the place.

Our table was open and ready on time for our reservation during one of their holiday pop-ups. Our food was good and the themed food was perfect and fun. The service was out of order, we got apps late and 1 entrée was very late out of 5, I ordered a bar beverage that never arrived and we asked for refills on water that never came. I ate on top of the stack of menus because they were never claimed by the hostess, server or runners. The runner had to bring us silverware, because we never received them before our food came. The music and atmosphere was enjoyable. Maybe we will eat at the bar next time.

Don’t let TikTok or instagram fool you, although the ambience is nice with decoration, the food and drinks are not worth it. The booths are near the bathroom, the water tastes like toilet water, and the food is very bland. The drinks were also very watered down…

Love the atmosphere. Portion size is generous. Food was good. The service was lacking. I think our server forgot about us. It was not busy so there was no excuse.

Awful! I had a 4:00 reservation for Saturday and walked inside to check-in. I was asked to wait outside because our table was not yet ready and that they would text me when it was. This was no problem at all, as I understand the popularity around this time of year. I waited 30min outside before checking back in with the receptionist for an update. She told me once again that they would text when the table was ready, which again was no issue. I started seeing people being seated after overhearing that they did not have reservations. I,again, stepped back inside to check the status of my table and the receptionist told me that she gave my table away due to my 15minute grace period being passed. I explained to her that I have been waiting outside for over 30min for a text and that I checked in with her twice at this point. She did wind up seating us, but the table was thrown together last minute in an awkward spot and in very close proximity to the guests next to us. The multiple guests that entered before us, with no reservations, were given prime spots in the restaurant. This is no way to treat a customer who took the time to plan and make a reservation. I will not be returning.
