We went yesterday for lunch when the place opened. Although we had a reservation, the hostess said we were welcome to sit at the bar. That is where we were blatantly ignored by the bartender. He tended to the patrons around us, yet never came over. I got up and went back to the hostess stand to ask for a table. Four girls stood around having their own conversation, ignoring us again. When asked to be seated we finally were seated in the dining room, where my husband was served his Irish coffee in a paper cup, and our waters came in plastic cups. After having an appetizer, we left and went to eat lunch somewhere else. The saving grace was our own server who was pleasant and accommodating. The rest of the staff looked miserable and bothered. I don’t think we would go back.

The hostess was rude and we were put in a side room where the table next us was used to collect the dirty dishes. We were served water in plastic cups and the server never came over to us. We were in the upstairs dining area and we were hoping for a nice anniversary dinner and we were very underwhelmed and left to go to a different restaurant. We will not go back.

We always enjoy dinner at Constantino’s. Best patio in New England! It feels like a brief European vacation!

Service was great - waiter went above and beyond to deliver. Meal was good but not as good as I expected from such a RI icon. Great fun overall and an enjoyable meal. Great wine selection

We arrived a little early and were seated about 15min ahead of our reservation. Service was a little slow, but it was packed, so it wasn’t unexpected. As usual, the food was delicious!

What a fun evening. It was crowded but felt lively. For apps, we tried the pizza and the arancini and both were really great. Steak, ravioli and tortellini alla panna were good - the chicken dishes not so much. Red sangria was perfect for a night by the fountain and music. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. Would def recommend for a group - great energy and atmosphere. Thanks, Constantino's!
