Felt too rushed by wait person. On a holiday would like to just relax and enjoy especially where we can sit outside Food very good.

Food was fantastic as usual, service was fantastic, we were sitting outdoors and the very talented singer was doing cover songs from the 50s and 60s, but it was just a tiny bit too loud to carry a conversation. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Hostess asked if we’d already checked in which clearly we had not then seated us at a table outside with an entire pasta vodka sauce dinner spilled under it when there were numerous other available tables. Server had mess under table cleaned after I pointed it out he was ok food came out very quickly and was ok definitely not the best we’ve had there. It was a mediocre experience in a beautiful setting. We are usually very happy outside at Constantinos but this visit missed the mark all around.

We had a 6:30 reservation on the Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. It was crazy busy as the water fires were happening and it was a beautiful night. We had to wait in a line of about 15 to check in for our reservation. We needed to be done by 8:15 to be at the gondola ride we had booked. The kitchen and bar were slammed. It took a while to get the drinks (they were good though) and even longer to get the apps. Though we ordered entrees at the same time as the apps they did not come and it was getting to be time to go. We said we would pay for what we had but would not wait for or pay for the entrees as it took so very long. The food (apps) were decent but the place is too big and understaffed on such a busy night. We won’t go back

We love dining at Constantino's, especially the outdoor dining. The food is always delicious and we love having Jess as our server. She is exceptional at her job!

My husband and I have been here several times. Our dinner left a lot to be desired. Our server was stretched managing many tables. Our cutlery was dirty with food remnants. The arancini appetizer was great. Our entrees were subpar. The chicken piccata was hot. The pasta side was watery, overcooked, lacked salt and flavor. The green beans side was cold. My husband’s bolognese was no better and lacked flavor. The Parmesan and red pepper flakes arrived half way through the meal. We brought these issues with the food to the server and she asked us if we wanted replacements. We had already waited too long for our food and asked for our check. We were overcharged for one drink, that we ordered and never arrived. We brought that to the server’s attention and it was corrected. It’s either hit or miss, tonight was a miss. Try Massimo or Old Canteen instead and your belly will thank you.

Busy Labor Day weekend, but despite the crowds we were well taken care of - shout out to our server Adam! Always a good experience there.
