Had a great meal, with outstanding service in a nice relaxing atmosphere where we could hear each other talk. Great restaurant.

Wonderful dishes. By now the menu looks more like Texas bistro with hints of Spain. Would have liked to see more authentic Spanish options. They are a small part of the current menu. Also on an iconic tapa item, pan con tomate, don’t be afraid to scrub the raw garlic on the toasted bread. Essential ingredient. It was missing in action last night.

Always exceeding expectations. Food, wine and cocktail menus are spot on! Tonight we enjoyed lamb chops, the chef’s special venison, cochinillo suckling pig and roasted pekin duck breast - all were spectacular. The dessert … manchego cheesecake for the win. Nicholas was the perfect server!

It was a stellar evening! I had the special of the day, which was rare tuna, served over a potato purée, with mandolin-sliced summer squash, and it was delicious! My dining partner had the arugula and goat cheese salad, which I frequently have, and I know it is terrific. She loved her salmon, and it certainly looked nice even to me and I don’t care for Salmon. The waitstaff was attentive, and everyone friendly. My friend no longer lives in Houston and had not been to the restaurant since it relocated from the other end of the shopping center. She commented that she thought the new space was much nicer.

This is probably one of the best meals I have ever eaten. From the staff to the ambience and the food all truly exceptional!!!! Duck confit and grilled octopus were beautifully cooked. We will be back !!!

Delicious dinner with exceptional service. The octopus as well as the soft shelled crab appetizers were excellent. The complimentary amuse-bouche (cream of mushroom soup) was a very tasty surprise. Our party had the Seafood Black Rice, Sea Scallops and Gulf Shrimp as well as the Cochinillo. All were fantastic and much enjoyed. We ordered several desserts for sharing with the Warm Espresso Cake being the crowd favorite. Will definitely come again.
