Cork Tree Restaurant is built around California products. Local ingredients are used whenever possible and wines of the West Coast, particularly California, are featured.

The wine list is always a work in progress, with a balance of well known wineries, as well as boutique wineries.

Cork Tree enhabits a style rich in California elegance. Large and round booths privately encased in wood and fabric provide intimate spaces for conversation and romance, while providing views of the understated glamour of the dining room. Beautiful Palm Trees and a natural cascading fountain make the Cork Tree Patio wind-protected and well-appointed for dining under the stars. Additionally, depending on the size of your celebration, two private dining options await.

Delicious food and drink. They could have been a little more on top of things. We had to ask our server repeatedly when we needed something.

Wonderful place! We accidentally showed up late as I thought I made reservations for 6:30, but they were at 6:00. When we arrived, they didn’t miss a beat and still sat us with no issues. That was awesome! I didn’t have a clue that I messed up until two days later in reviewing my emails. :) But anyway, the server was so personable, the food excellent! I had the sea bass, husband had the filet, my sister in law had the salmon, and brother in law the shrimp and scallop special. Visiting from Texas. If we ever come back this way, we would definitely dine here again. Oh-and the light up menus….so cool!!!

We always enjoy dining at Cork Tree. Our Waitress was very attentive to our table of 4 We had a very nice visit with our friend we haven’t seen in a while. The World Series was on the TV which was fine hearing the bar patrons this day was fun and we were able to hear the the progress of the game. We had a very nice dinner selection all of us were pleased. We will be back we live near by. Thank you

Last minute decision to come here made reservation at 4:30 for 5:30 was lucky enough to be seated quickly since we had another event that same evening. We had dinner here last year for our Anniversary it was underwhelming……Not this time, Monica was our server and was outstanding. The pork belly appetizer was delicious, My wife ordered the scallops and Loved them. Would highly recommend and we will return asap.

The best Chillian seabass ever! Sat outside and the weather was perfect. Crab and shrimp appetizer was very very good. Jose was a great server! Loved the manager, Jim Lopez. So personable and checks on all patrons. Thank you Jim!

Very busy and may have been short staffed. We had to wait quite awhile for our meal - in fact the server said the manager bought us another round of drinks.

One of the best meals I’ve had away from my hometown! Exceptional quality, good portions, and great dining atmosphere. Good 1st date place. (You’ll score brownie points!)
