Food was outstanding. The decor is really lovely. The service was excellent, our waiter was so attentive, informative and friendly and he’s lovely French accent, transported us back to France!!!

We had a fabulous lunch. From the moment we arrived and sat out on the terrace, we had the best time. Impeccable service (thank you Maxim and the sommelier) and the fantastic food made it a memorable experience.

Food was excellent - but service didn’t match the price of the meal, wine slow to be topped up, food arriving without wine - when looking for staff they just seemed a little light on waiters. This is an expensive restaurant so I expect service to be at a higher level, especially as we ate early in the evening. I’d give it another go based on food, but service needs to improve

We had the August set menu which was really good value. The food was outstanding and the service was perfect. The staff were really friendly and attentive without being in your face the whole time.

I went for lunch on my own yesterday and had a lovely time. The staff were extremely attentive and the quality of the food was brilliant. I tried the August menu and both mains and dessert were delicious but I felt very taken care of by the staff, I would return and definitely recommend.

When we arrived at Reception there was no one there to greet us. There were 2 other parties waiting to be seated too. We waited at least 5 minutes and waiters were passing us by and ignoring us. No one said they will call the receptionist to come and check us in. Finally, we were seated. We were asked if we would like a drink but only when we asked were we given a cocktail menu. The service was very poor because my partner had an empty wine glass and it took a long time to ask if he wanted a refill. The food was very good.
