Our food was cold - didn’t enjoy eating cold French fries and calamari - hamburger was way too pink - not medium rare - it was bloody and gross - very disappointing

Went for my wife’s birthday dinner with family, we arrived early and were seated right away. Sarah G was our waitress, extremely polite and attentive, made our experience next level. I truly thought all the good personal service left the industry with the pandemic. Sarah restored that faith with her next level service. Food came out quick and was delicious and our drinks never emptied. Without a prompt the floor manager & Sarah brought my wife a birthday card signed by the staff and a GIANT ice cream sundae. This whole experience really made my wife’s birthday dinner special. We will be coming back 100%

We eat here regularly but this experience was not good. My dish was extremely salty, waiter was inattentive, drink order took a long time for our second beverage(we had almost finished our meal) and mine was not correct. The restaurant was not busy so I can attribute the service and food issues to that. Hope they can do better next time.

We had a great time, I highly recommend it. The food was very good, the service was great and the cocktails were delicious. A good experience. We will go again.

One of our favorites. Great food and quick service. We never have to wait a long time for our food.

The menu at Copper River is great and extensive. Everything I've ever had here has been great. they have plenty of vegetarian items if you are looking for those. They also have a large beer menu as well as a full bar. The service is always great even when there are a lot of people there. This is a well run restaurant which we will continue to visit. The only complaint that I have is that in the main area it can be very loud. We were seated in the back when we asked for a quieter place and it was much better.

It was very noisy on a Thursday at dinner time. There was also a long line of people waiting for a table so definitely make a reservation. Food is very good with lots of options but I always have their salmon. This time I had the Santa Fe Salmon salad and it had a very large filet of salmon. If you want a good Bison burger this is the place to go, too.

Highly recommended. I have now been to Copper River several times for both lunch and dinner. Attentive and friendly service, great selection of very tasty food, and acoustics where you can actually have a conversation. I had their lunch Steak Salad this time around, and it was delicious. I plan to return in the near future, for sure!
