The service was excellent and the food was good. I noticed that they have cut back on the entree size but load you up with vegetables. Overall it was a good experience but not great.

It was very nice! The service was a little slow but the restaurant was very busy. Impossible burger was delicious!

Copper Canyon is our favorite go to restaurant. The fish always fresh. The spinach dip and skillet cornbread a must to start. You will be happy eating dinner at Copper Canyon. Our server was excellent she knew what we wanted and brought our meal out as ordered. Thanks!!

It was a great experience! The food, ambience and service were all wonderful! It was a birthday dinner for my husband and he truly enjoyed himself! I will definitely be back again and recommend it to others!

Both my mom and my shoestring fries were hard. The croutons in my mom’s Cesar salad was hard too. My Impossible burger was burnt. I was not happy with our Valentine’s lunch. However, my server was very nice.

This place continues to be fantastic! The rattlesnack pasta was deee-licious and tastes just like I remembered it from at least 5 or 10 years ago. And the desserts were HUGE. Must go back again soon.
