Had a lovely dinner with an old friend at Copper Canyon tonight. The food was great, the services a little slow but it was a Tuesday and so probably a little short staffed.

Katie, our server, was fabulous. We had a one in our party that required some special meal accommodations, and she handled all our requests perfectly, as did the kitchen. Food was delicious, beautifully presented, and the hot dishes came out on warm plates, and the salads came on chilled platesl

Food was fantastic. Kay was our server, she made our dining experience joyful. We were celebrating a family member's birthday and she made the family feel welcomed and special. All of the staff made us feel welcome.

We had a great time. Our server. Victoria took very good care of us. She was friendly and attentive. She knows how to read a table by observing. She knew when to ask how we were doing and if we were enjoying every thing. Other times she walked past looking at the table to see where we were in our meal and didn’t interrupt our conversation. A true asset to your staff!

Air Temperature was too cold for me.and my guest. I thought my guest’s birthday was going to to be recognized but I guess it wasn’t important to tell her that. I don’t recall hearing anything.

Love Copper Canyon & ordered my favorite entree - the ribs! Always tender, delicious & and generous portion. But tonight the ribs were dry. Because I’ve enjoyed them before, I knew what to expect & tonight’s ribs were a disappointment.
