The food was delicious. We started with spinach dip yummy, followed by the trout. The fish was fresh, the mashed potatoes were good and spinach well seasoned. Our server was attentive very good.

We jad a reservation for 445 pm and we're not seated until 530 pm. Unacceptable.

The restaurant is a nice place. The food was great and prices are reasonable. The waiter and servers were great also. The ambience was nice, but a little dark.

It was simply exquisite! Lovely menu and atmosphere. There was live music. I'd recommend sitting further away from where the performance stage is. We were on the other side of the restaurant and the sound levels were perfect; an excellent blend of ambience and conversation.

Love Copper Canyon, I am a patron who comes at least twice a month. Management could be better, new policies where servers only can have a certain amount of tables is terrible to do. Each server should be given an amount they can control. Never servers, less. Experienced more. I’ve never seen such poor service in the last few months. We waited for a table even having a reservation.

I’m glad I made a reservation because it was packed. The hostess was so overwhelmed she forgot to check me in when I first approached her. Then we get to our table, our service was subpar. We asked for a dessert and they brought the dessert without silverware, it took a while for us to get the dessert in the first place. Plus, if we had waited for our server, the dessert would have melted. It’s the little details, even if a place is busy, you give people time to review the menu, I felt rushed at every point.

I always enjoying eating at the Copper Canyon in Glenarden. The food was delicious. I had the ribs, spinach, and mashed potatoes. The ribs are smoked, succulent, and fall off the bone. They give you a whole rack. Needless to say I took half of them home. I also had the pumpkin cheesecake which was delicious. It was large enough to share with 2 other people at my table. The wonderful live music in the background is a special touch. This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I highly recommend this restaurant!!

Great experience. My wife and I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner out for our anniversary and we just got that. Our waiter Joumshua had the perfect blend of humor and professionalism.
