Le Copley's est un restaurant primé servant une cuisine américaine infusée avec des saveurs tropicales et européennes. We had a group of 5 for a get together. We arrived a few minutes before they opened and they seated us anyway. The food was outstanding, and the server was delightful. Will put this restaurant on our favorites in Palm Springs

Another fantastic meal at Copley's. Excellent service by Lonnie, wonderful Pouilly-Fuisse wine, starters of ahi tuna tacos and lemongrass potstickers. Shared the best roasted beet salad with goat cheese cream brûlée , and the special slow roasted beef short rib with lobster mashed potatoes!!!! Oh, and of course had to have dessert with toffee and date sticky pudding with vanilla ice cream! Delicious!!!

The overall experience was top notch. I had the short ribs. I asked for the waiter’s recommendations because I didn’t want them to be too fatty. The were excellent as was the duck ordered by others at the table. Everything was delicious and the service and experience the best. Highly recommend.

Lovely outdoor seating areas. Caesar salad was pretty average, but everything else was outstanding we had the lobster and shrimp ceviche, asian spiced barramundi and chicken schnitzel . The cilantro and lime rice was light and fluffy. And the goat cheese potatoes were so good that I’m searching for a recipe. the dessert breeze cocktail was refreshing. Will definitely go back

Surprisingly diverse menu for the complexity of the dishes. Restaurant is known for its outdoor setting and it delivers! Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us through our choices. A great meal and dining experience.

Always a great time at Copleys! The service was top notch and the chef and staff was great with the food restrictions and allergies! Highly recommend!
