Le Copley's est un restaurant primé servant une cuisine américaine infusée avec des saveurs tropicales et européennes. Situé dans une partie de l'ancien domaine Cary Grant au cœur de Palm Springs, les clients vivent une expérience haut de gamme et accueillante soit en salle à manger, soit à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne ou en profitant de l'ambiance conviviale à l'intérieur. Our dinner concierge Chad was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, had great recommendations and invested in our dining experience. I would like to see a better selection of champagne by the glass

Copley is a beautiful, rather historic restaurant in Palm Springs. It was part of the Cary Grant estate and guest house. The patio is beautiful and spacious ( not too crowded) and the service is wonderful. Our waitperson Lonnie was very attentive and friendly and told us the history of the building. We ordered the ahi tacos ( delicious) beet salad, also great, and the Scottish salmon. All were delicious and well prepared. I highly recommend this place. Parking is a little tight next to the building but street parking is available.

This is a great place for date night. Nice atmosphere and service and food was fantastic. Would highly recommend to others.

Absolutely wonderful!! Food was very tasty… we enjoyed one of the specials which was short ribs, the seafood fettuccine & the salmon- all dishes were excellent. Atmosphere was too cool- great vibe. Definitely recommend! We also thought prices were fair, worth it.

We enjoyed everything about our dinner at Copley’s. We sat outside which was perfect. The location and outdoor dining are both great. The service was perfect and we both loved our meals.

Impressive as soon as you walk in. A lovely environment that feels welcoming. The hostess was friendly, attentive and organized. We started with the basil tomato soup - delicious and the chicken and lemongrass pot stickers- which were good but the soup was the standout! I ordered the barramundi, perfectly cooked, flavorful sauce, lovely vegetables - wonderful! My wife had the chicken schnitzel, which was good too but my fish was the better of the two dishes. Our waiter, Jamie was excellent and added to our overall experience. We were quite full but he assured us we had to try the sticky toffee date pudding with vanilla ice cream- off the charts good. The next time we go back we’re going to order the basil tomato soup and the sticky toffee date pudding and live our best lives!
