Le Copley's est un restaurant primé servant une cuisine américaine infusée avec des saveurs tropicales et européennes. Situé dans une partie de l'ancien domaine Cary Grant au cœur de Palm Springs, les clients vivent une expérience haut de gamme et accueillante soit en salle à manger, soit à l'extérieur sur la terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne ou en profitant de l'ambiance conviviale à l'intérieur. Really good looking menu but a total failure to execute by the kitchen. Special short ribs had virtually no flavor. Schnitzel was dry and tasteless. Items described as broccolini were just broccoli florets. Maybe the food was good here once, but do not waste your money. On the positive side, our server was excellent. Time to throw out the kitchen staff and rebuild…

The food in quality and preparation was terrific. Our waitress Grace was most professional and knowledgeable We enjoyed the outside patio. Truly lovely evening. Dale Rotner

A beautiful setting and great service. It was our wedding anniversary and they made us feel special. We are Vegan and there were only two entrees on the menu we could eat. Both were good. We had a nice meal and fun time. Hopefully in the future they offer more Plant Based options.

What a wonderful evening. We were seated promptly last evening in the beautiful and beautifully lit courtyard, and given our choice of tables. Service was spot on, the specials were absolutely delicious, and the kitchen timed everything just right. Leaving Palm Springs today, so no time for a second visit until my next trip here. Can’t wait to return.

Beautiful setting. Attentive service. Bar staff were fabulous. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. The tuna starter was sent back as the tuna was far from fresh and looked grey. The Lamb T-Bone…… well it was all bone and almost no edible meat. Maybe just a bad night or a busy one and we had a late sitting. Despite the anticipation of going to Copley’s the food experience left a lot to be desired.

Beautiful setting and atmosphere. The food was good, we ordered the Steak Fritte, Beef Welly, Lamb T Bone, Seafood Pasta. I think I enjoyed my truffle parm fries and espresso martini the most. The service was terribly slow. The waiter kept stalling our orders to buy the kitchen more time to fire other tickets, they must super short staffed. We ended up being there for 2.5 hours. They could have at least provided some free bread for the table, comped some drinks considering we spent $500 on dinner.

Our server DK was outstanding. His suggestions from cocktails, wine to entrees were so appreciated. We will definitely return
