Votre expérience au Copacabana commencera par un voyage dans la « Galleria », où vous pourrez vous laisser tenter par des pains tout chauds et des sauces de la boulangerie ouverte, mais aussi des tranches de fromage de la meule et une sélection de charcuterie. Servez-vous allègrement de salade et d'entrée colorées, mais n'oubliez pas de garder de la place pour la suite : votre repas ne fait que commencer.

We went on a Saturday with a 730 reservation. We were seated at 8 pm, and there is nowhere to stand/sit to wait. We were jammed into a corner, a plant knocked over and landed on a table with guests. The heated patio is not heated, so make sure to have a coat in case you end up in the patio. The side dishes are very limited, but they are very tasty. The servers were all great, always smiling while serving, and very polite. The issue we had was the wait time to get any food options. We would have a small slice of meat and then wait 10 minutes for another to come along. We continued to get the same 4 kinds of meat, and at one point, 25 minutes had gone by, and we still had no servers at our table. When a waitress came over to see how we were doing, I did inform her we still hadn't got our drinks, we keep seeing the basket of bread going around but never stopping at our table and the shrimp, chicken, pineapple, ribs, salmon and what looked to be pork never even made it to our table ( which we had now been seated for 1hr). I wish I had caught her name, because she was excellent! She had our drinks out right away, brought over the bread basket, and had servers with many different options at our table within minutes of each other. I think the place has too many guests and not enough staff and for the cost ( $225 for 2 ppl including tip) there needs to be a better solution to making sure the servers are getting to all tables. Overall, the food tastes great, the servers are very friendly, but the system or lack there of, doesn't work and it's too crowded.

Staff was really amazing. food also was great. they arranged a nice celebration for my wife birthday and did all they can do to make our dinner amazing. The only issue that there was a huge group on one of the tables with endless requests from the staff that made them so busy all the time. almost all food served gone to this table. I know this is not an issue from restaurant. However, you may need to be ready for this kind of guests.

I recently dined at Copa Cabana Steakhouse and had a generally enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was decent, creating a comfortable environment for a nice meal. The food was very good – flavorful and well-prepared, showcasing quality ingredients that made it well worth the visit. Our server was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and making sure we had everything we needed. The pricing was fair for what was offered, making it a good value overall. However, I did notice a few areas for improvement. The decor could use some updating, and the cleanliness wasn’t quite up to par. Also, I was a bit disappointed to find that there was no salad bar available, which I usually look forward to at steakhouses. Overall, I’d recommend Copa Cabana for the food and service but suggest they pay a bit more attention to decor and cleanliness to enhance the dining experience fully.

Food and service was great but we were seated in a corner with very little space. Did not see any performance as promised and the seating did create the atmosphere it promotes.

We were 13 persons Birthday party .The food was very good, but few time I found that meat is to raw for me and my guests. More than that few times we ordered appetizers and particular meat, but it took more than 2- 3 times to remind staff about our order and more than 25 minutes. I didn't get the idea that restaurant charges extra for water, obviously food has spices and naturally you want to drink!!!!!! Overall staff was friendly, food delicious, but the price high too.

We went on a Saturday night after booking an appointment. Overall the meat that was served was extremely salty. We were sitting for a long time without the servers coming and giving us more cuts from the meat. Our waitress came and asked us what we would like to recieve and we told her, but we never got it. The individuals serving the meat would bypass our table to go to larger tables. Overall the experience was poor. This restaurant is over rated by far.

This is the first time we've experienced Copacabana and our minds are still blown. The food was outstanding and the experience was truly unique. We are trying to figure out our next visit with family because we know they would be just as excited. We found the staff to be very informative and attentive. Thank you for an incredible meal!

To be honest this restaurant is too crowded. Feels one table on top the other. Kinda eating too close to the other people. The meat don’t circulate often and it was a batch where basically we waited almost 15 mins for the next round. We went there for the meat cut. The sides are not major thing and the way this look is to full you up with these distractions so you eat barely meat. Expensive for the poor experience. I am disappointed. I was there prior to Covid and it was great. Better layout, side bar to pick and choose and better meat selection. I won’t come back. If I put together the amount of meat it won’t be a steak portion in a steak restaurant. I rather eat a decent piece of steak at The Keg for less price indeed.

Our waitress was on point and so was our main carver, Daniel (as per usual!). We frequent this restaurant about once every one or two months, and absolutely love it! Highly recommended.
