Food was delicious! Service was really good! However it’s hard to get a hold of the restaurant. We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to know if we could bring our own cake. Called many times and left message and received no call back. Messaged the restaurant on app - Someone finally messaged back on the opentable app while we were at dinner.

This isn’t my first time there however it is the first time I have been disappointed. They would not come around our table with the different cuts of meats, I had to ask serving staff, waiter, and manager for the cuts of meat I wanted and even with that we were waiting over 30 mins before one of them would come around to our table. It took forever, we got tired of waiting for over an hour. We ask for the bill and that came within a minute. For the price we paid I was left hungry and very disappointed. They also minimized the choices of sides, which I wouldn’t have mind since there is always the cuts of meats going around however this time was very disappointing. We usually recommend to family and friends as we come here for birthday and special occasions but this time I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Too loud and meat guys talk to fast. Can’t hear what they’re serving to request what you like. Otherwise great experience

CopaCabana is one of my husband and I’s favourite restaurants. We go for a lot of special occasions like his birthday this past Saturday and I can definitely say that the service has gone completely downhill. We’ve noticed this the past couple of times we have dined here. Our server decided to order all our sides for us and knowing someone had a nut allergy at our table, still proceeded to order multiple Brussels sprouts with nuts even though NO ONE at the table asked for it. No one ate them. We barely saw her the entire dinner, she nor anyone changed our plates nor picked up empty dishes. We got maybe 5 different types of meat out of 12. Luckily, all of our friends are great and nice people so we were able to keep ourselves upbeat instead of upset but honestly our entire table was not happy.

It’s too pricey, which is unfortunate as the food was good but definitely a once in a blue moon visit due to the price

Loved 😍 The only thing this time is they got rid of a few sides that were our favorite, and replaced with sides that were not that tasty
