Oue group of 6 went here for dinner for the first time ever and it was amazing. The service was incredible, the food tasted amazing and the whole experience was 10 out of 10. It was expensive but I definitely feel like we got our money's worth. It was a really nice evening out, and the patio is so inviting! We will be back!

Restaurant is loud and uncomfortable. Food is mid. Staff is friendly but food quality and service (everything being online via a QR code) is not impressive. Better off going to a legit steak house.

Meats were good and plentiful at first. However it took way too long to get our side dishes and the restaurant wasn’t busy at all… Service levels are not what they used to be unfortunately. Doubt we will return

Although the food and service were great, the restaurant itself was super hot and stuffy. It made us want to leave quickly and we couldn't enjoy our time there as much as we would have liked too.

We have been to the Vaughn location several times. My wife does not eat medium rare meat and every other time we have asked for medium well and the grill master always provided a various selection for her. This time we requested medium well meat multiple times with multi people and it was not till the end of our meal that they came out with only 1 small amount of meat. It was a extreme difference since all the other times.

I have been to the Vaughn location couple times and always enjoyed it. This time, we were celebrating my birthday with my family, a party of 12. It was my family’s first time and our server did not seem warm. The meats weren’t going around as often, service was slow. Also, unlike the Eglinton and Niagara location, there is no special offer on your exact birthday if you dine in. Lastly, I didn’t know they stopped their samba dancers at this location. However, their live music with Serge Nikol got my family bopping their heads.

This was my second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Despite the reputation of the establishment, the level of service was extremely disappointing. Our server lacked knowledge about the beverage menu, and it was difficult to get her attention when we needed to order drinks, sides, or additional items. On multiple occasions, I had to leave the table to find another staff member to inquire about our server's whereabouts, as she would disappear for over 15 minutes at a time, leaving us unable to place orders when needed. One guest from our party waited over 20 minutes for her beverage, that she ended up canceling it. The service from the gentleman serving skewers was also very poor. There were times we waited nearly 20 minutes between servings, while other tables seemed to receive regular attention. Even when they did come to our table, they only offered food to a few members of our party before moving on, leaving others without a chance to be served. To add to the disappointment, an 18% gratuity was automatically applied. I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years, and I fully support tipping for good service. However, the service we received was not reflective of an 18% tip. The staff did not seem to prioritize the guest experience, and there was no visible management presence on the floor to ensure everything was running smoothly. The restrooms were also not well-maintained, further diminishing the overall experience. The only positive aspect of the meal was the quality of the meat, which was excellent. However, the infrequency of service made it difficult to fully enjoy. Ultimately, I would not recommend this restaurant, as it does not live up to the standards set by other Brazilian steakhouses. While it may have a strong social media presence and name recognition, the experience itself falls far short of expectations.

Excellent delicious food, good service. But we did have to wait a while between meats, they weren’t coming around as often, and i don’t believe got to try all their types of meats. Otherwise great location, I’ll be coming back here for sure
