Votre expérience au Copacabana commencera par un voyage dans la « Galleria », où vous pourrez vous laisser tenter par des pains tout chauds et des sauces de la boulangerie ouverte, mais aussi des tranches de fromage de la meule et une sélection de charcuterie. Servez-vous allègrement de salade et d'entrée colorées, mais n'oubliez pas de garder de la place pour la suite : votre repas ne fait que commencer.

We came here to celebrate my husbands birthday, and for a ~$200 meal (per couple), I personally had higher expectations from this location. We have always received excellent service when visiting other Copa Cabana locations. However, this location missed the mark. As a group (6) we found that our server was not attentive at all to our table and quite frankly completely ignored us. We had to ask multiple times for food to come around, and were rarely checked on and when we were it felt as though we were being rushed. From one hospitality professional to another, I can fully appreciate auto grating tables in this style of restaurant, but that doesn’t warrant poor service. I can only hope that in the future the team at Copa Woodbridge will do better and provide a higher level of service.

Loved the $50 ladies night offer and the food was okay. The Caesar salad, dressing didn’t taste like Caesar and the croutons tasted weird. Wish the Mac and cheese was creamier. The staff was so friendly. I wish our server came around more often though

After only eating for 30 minutes, they were asking if there was any meats that I wanted to be brought to my table, it felt like they were rushing us to finish our meal quickly so that they could seat other guests

The meats were pretty good, it was just way too fast and forced of a process. There’s no way of slowing it down either. The sides took 20+ mins to hit the table, drinks took even longer. By the time the sides and drinks come you’re full of meat. The process isn’t well thought out or executed properly at all. The service was horrible. Felt like we were bugging the server and she was always in a rush. Never checked in. There’s so much potential here but will not be back.

I have been many times but haven't been back since 2020. Boy has this place gone downhill. We got seated in what looked like a covered patio that had tvs and sports playing. Not the ambiance of the other room with live music (which was part of the reason we got a reservation here). We then waited 30 minutes after being sat to be offered some salmon and zero other meat. 2 hours and certain meats never came by even after we were asked for any requests. It took over 30 minutes to bring a bottle of wine we ordered. No more corn bread. Definitely not worth the cost. Just jamming as many people in for $75 a head as possible. It's too bad. This place used to be a fun night out to celebrate.

Way too buys for servers . In 2 hrs I seen my server 3x . In 60 minutes of sitting we only got 3 types of meats. By the time we left we didn't even get all the meats we were just ready to leave. Not worth $200 !

We had a corner table and all of the servers missed us and went in the opposite direction of our table and the one beside us. We waited forever (almost an hour) after requesting a specific food. Our server seemed flustered and kept forgetting about our drink requests. The women's restroom was disgusting. One stall almost overflowing and toilet paper all over the floor as well as water. The garbage was also overflowing. We went with relatives from out of town and we're embarrassed by how poor the experience was; the music was so loud that conversations were impossible. I would not recommend this location. I will not be returning.

We celebrate our birthdays and anniversary every year at Copa Cabana in Vaughan. Last night we were very disappointed. The menu is significantly smaller, the service was very slow for Rodizio, they served the big party tables and left the smaller tables (who were there much before) last. The quality of the sides has really become poor. I’m disappointed and don’t think we’ll be visiting again.

Took a long time to get started. Previous enjoyed the self-serve buffet which we prefer. Nonetheless food was great!

Way over priced for what you get. $75 / person. plus an automatic 18% gratuity. Server was friendly. portions of sides (all included in the $75) very small, not really fresh, You order your sides using the app, and basically you wait for it to come. Takes away from the personalized experience. The grilled meat/chicken and shrimp that circles around. You have to wait a while for them to come around. There seems to be a trend that some tables got the servers with the meat more often than others....not sure how this works? we had to ask multiple times for some items. Never saw the guy with the shrimp except when we were paying our bill, saw him come around again for the same table beside us which seemed to get all the servers with the meats. When we were paying our bill, I asked the lady that came along how come you are charging an automatic 18% gratuity on the bill, her answer " it is the policy of Copa Cabana" Anyway, Value for what you get. ... not worth it The music (Friday Night) excessively loud. We made a decision we will not be going there anymore.
