From being seated earlier than our reservation, without any hassle, to the always above great food quality, I don’t have anything negative to say about our experience. The savings of making a reservation between 4-5:30, is an added bonus. Only downside, we did encounter a lull in meat service of about 15 minutes. However, this simply allowed us the chance to catch our breath and consume more when they came to us again.

All the food was delicious and the servers kept coming readily. Would definitely return!

I had a reservation but we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes past our scheduled time. People who arrived after us were seated before us. Server was not attentive. We asked for mineral water but she forgot it. Drink menu/sides needed to be ordered via website. I had questions about it but the server was no where to be found. Paid extra on a Friday night for a show. Our dinner was at 9PM. Show was about 5 minutes long and we barely saw it from our table. I date ordered a wine and I ordered a mixed drink. Her wine arrived 5 minutes before my drink. Was looking forward to a dessert however the main dessert was gone and the only alternative was fried banana......... Had to track the server down for our bill.

Amazing food, amazing ambiance as usual. We are retailers and we come back for a reason. Loved the complimentary hot chocolate!

Food was good. We were served with food for the first 10 mins then no one came back to our table. We were constantly watching servers walking around with food but none came to our table. We left hungry and disappointed we paid $65 per person, $225 bill total for 3 people and felt like we still needed a meal after. Service was not good. Our server came to the table twice and never saw her again until it was time to pay. I work in the service industry and understand being busy or understaffed, but this was very disappointing.

We had an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the stunning renovations; the restaurant is beautifully updated with a warm, inviting ambiance. The true highlight of the evening was the incredible dining experience. The staff was not only attentive but also genuinely friendly, taking the time to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our meal. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent recommendations. The manager frequently checked in on us, she was very helpful , adding a personal touch that made us feel valued as guests. Now, let’s talk about the food! The selection of meats served table-side is nothing short of spectacular, ensuring each bite was cooked to perfection. And let's not forget the array of delightful sides that accompanied the meats. The endless offerings of freshly prepared sides, my favourite was the crispy Brussel sprouts. In conclusion, Copacabana exceeded my expectations. Whether you’re a steak lover or simply curious about Brazilian cuisine, this steakhouse is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return for another amazing meal

The service was very disappointing multiple times now and they did not have menu items or got rid of menu items that were enjoyed. Only 1 desert option included now.. what happened

Great experience, very busy place. Worth the money. Wish they brought the meat around more often and the different kinds more than once

Extremely loud. Service only came around to our table with meat 4-5 times in a whole hour. We complained to the waitress a couple of times but it didn’t change anything. We had a time limit due to a bus tour and ended up having to leave before we even got to dessert. Manager compensated us a tiny bit but overall it was expensive and not worth it. We’ve been to copa cabana many times over the years and it has changed a lot. We won’t be going back to the Niagara location.

Food is great but the real frustration is the parking situation as no clear direction for the shuttle bus and we were going in circle to find the lot for 20 min. The staff on the phone was not that helpful and told us to park at a random spot and said that is fine and then we walked another 10 min to the restaurant. Our server was kind and told us later that the spot we parked is not their parking lot and was kind enough to help us out for parking at the right spot in the middle of our dinner. Needs more clear direction for shuttle
