We waited for drinks for 35 minutes!!! Waiters with meat came to us very rarely and we ate little meat. We came to Steak House to eat meat. Do you have only one payment machine? We waited for our bill for a very long time. We paid $250. I want to ask for what? For a couple of lettuce leaves, French fries and a couple of pieces of meat???

We’ve never been on a Friday or Saturday night but will definitely be back!! This is our favourite Reataurant in Niagara Falls hands down.

As a regular there everything was pretty good as usual. Maybe due to getting there right at opening the food came a little slower than usual. However our server was very helpful with that. She asked us if we had any requests and she got them to us rather quickly. Also the manager was amazing as usual, she checked on us a few times and made sure that everything we requested and more came our way. Things like that are the reason why I come here and always tell my friends and colleagues to come also. Thank you so much to the manager and her staff for the amazing service!!! Can’t wait to return.

Copa’s is one of the places my wife loves to be taken to when we want a special night for ourselves. Last night was not up to par from our previous experiences. Manly due to the hot meat kept by passing our table. We were there for almost 1.5 hours and maybe had 6-7 meats come by. We had to fill up on sides. Worst part was we watch the 2 big groups around us have someone come like every five minutes.

Been a frequent copa visitor for many years. The food this past weekend was terrible. The meal is now ordered on a phone app and we had a table of 12. They couldn’t figure out where drinks, sides etc went to. Issues with bottles of wine not coming . Most of our sides never came no matter how many times we asked. The quality of the meat was way off from usual . I won’t be back for a long time. I hope they get it together as this has always been one of my favourite spots.

The food was outstanding, the locals discount should be allowed for any night a local is in not just 2 nights of the week :/. The ordering from a QR seems a little off just doesn’t feel as personal anymore. Additionally we were sat next to 2 moms and 2 kids who would not sit still and were throwing food around and they got so much more food even though they weren’t eating any of it. They were there plenty time before us and had a full table and carvers would go to there table when they had full plates of meat but we seemed to be ignored even though we had empty plates. It would also be nice if the men carrying meat knew what was gluten free & allergens so we didn’t always have to have the menu open on our phones and by the time we checked they moved on.

I’ve been here many times, and I’ve always had a great time. Unfortunately, yesterday the server seemed like she was having a bad day. We always go, go and opt in for the after nine special, which is all you can eat, and all you can drink and I had the server say that it was a two hour seating time at each time we’ve gone last night we were sitting and eating for the two hour period and at 90 minutes, the server tried to cut us off for alcohol, which I found a little strange but after letting Management know, they corrected her which was nice. I also found that she seemed angry or upset the entire time and didn’t really smile. I’m really not want to complain or write a review, but I do think being in the service industry you have to uphold a certain standard, and me myself as a former bartender and waitress I know there’s a lot to do sometimes when you’re busy and you were at a restaurant but that’s just part of the industry and the job. We still gave her a tip and I do, however, feel like you know sometimes people have bad days and we will be returning just a little bit of input. I wanted to let the facility know about.
