    The food was amazing and the guys that came around with the meat were fantastic! When we first came in before we had even ordered drinks we had the guys coming up and offering us meats. We would have preferred ordering our drinks and getting our drinks before having the meat come to us. Once they started it was just continuous and extremely fast. Within 40 minutes everyone was stuffed. In the past when we have come it was more enjoyable because it was more of an experience. It wasn’t so rushed. Our waitress, Claire was terrible! She had a smile on her face but was super passive aggressive and rude. She brought us drinks and then checked in on us once and then we waited 30 minutes before we saw her again. We were hoping to order some more drinks, by the time we waited we said forget it and just ordered dessert. This took 20 minutes to get to us. By this time everyone had enough so we asked for our bill when she brought the desserts. Again, this took 15 minutes. She did not care in the least that she made us wait. She almost enjoyed making us wait cause she knew I was getting frustrated. We were automatically charged an 18% gratuity which was very upsetting as Claire did not deserve it at all. However, I now understand why Claire was rude as she knew she was getting 18% no matter how she treated us. The food was great, the hostess was great, the guys serving the meat were so friendly, the girl that brought our drinks was fantastic and so lovely and the girl that took our payment was super sweet. The music was WAY too loud. It felt like we were in a night club and not a nice dinner. It was so loud that you couldn’t even have a conversation. We paid $600 for the 6 of us and although the food was amazing and besides Claire, the service was good, I don’t think I would return to the Niagara location. We have been to the Vaughan location several times and it was a much better experience overall.

    The meat was good, the sides were okay. Everything came out very fast on the first order then we couldn’t get an order in after. When we did it took 30 minutes for another side to come out. We kept getting the same steak and didn’t get any chicken, shrimp or pineapple until having to ask repeatedly. They brought it out after they cleaned half our plates off the table. We also ordered another pitcher of margaritas and they told us it took so long to come out because they had no pitchers left. Once again we had all our plates cleaned and it was too late. Also tried to charge us the higher rate of $80 while reserving before 5:30. Took a while to get the manager and adjust to the early rate of $65. Overall pretty poor service and experience. Could be a lot better.

    Excellent food. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner. Service was great and the parmasean crusted steak was delicious. Topped off dinner with fried bananas….my new favourite

    Lovely table outside in a gorgeous sunny evening. The food was amazing from start to finish and the staff were excellent. Well worth a visit but bring your hungry head with you as it never stops. Great value for the quality of food.

    Overpriced, crap service, not impressed. I love paying $250 for 2 meals and 2 drinks. 😂

    Excited to eat here after the renovations. Was disappointed that there is no longer a salad bar; you order off the menu however the quality and presentation is much better this way. Our hostess/server was great and attentive. We waited for a while in the beginning (about 45-1 hour in) for the meats to come which was a little frustrating. Not all meat came to the table but was still good. Lost my voice a bit after the meal bc the music was quite loud

    The waitress and staff were nice but you had to wait forever for the meat to come around, and were skipped over many times. Not a lot of meat options. Definitely better before the renovations, when they still had the buffet.

    It was a good meal, however the waitress was serving other another party of two who clearly works for the restaurant that came for dinner and was very loud and gossipy about the other staff working, was hard to enjoy our anniversary dinner listening to them talk about how drunk everyone was the night before upstairs, swearing up a storm and gossiping negatively about others. Our waitress was too busy chatting with her friends that our sides were forgotten as well.
