As ambassador members we were disappointed in this experience. We ordered a salad to split and when it came ‘unsplit’ we couldn’t find our server and had to flag someone down to split it for us. Entree was good but the server asked if we wanted to dessert and we had to tell him that it was a birthday. This happens often at Cooper’s Hawk even though we always add it to the special notes when making the reservation.

Everything was perfect from the time we walked in to the time we left. Our server, Marlen gave us extremely wonderful attentive service and made sure everything we needed was given to us before we even asked a true five star restaurant

perfect if not for noise level - two tables with screaming young children next to us was to much it is so loud in the main room that you can't hear some one speaking in normal tone of voice from across the table . good think that food and wine are top notch and make up for it.

We waited a very long time to get our food. This was very unusual. We think our server had other tables to wait on inside, but we dined on their lovely patio.
